Calculator inputs
Flat value, remaining years, ground rent and rate assumptions are used in browser memory. The application does not send them to an API, save them in cookies or use local storage. A browser may independently retain form history or restore a page.
Reloading starts from the default example unless the page was opened using a supported share link.
Sharing and printing
The share control creates a URL fragment containing numeric inputs and a model version. URL fragments are not sent in the normal HTTP page request, but anyone who receives the full link can read the inputs. Copying uses your browser clipboard only when you activate the share control.
Printing uses the browser’s print dialogue. You control whether a paper or PDF copy is created and where it is stored. Do not share a result if you regard the underlying numbers as confidential.
Demo forms
The contact and solicitor enquiry forms are non-sending demonstrations. Submission is intercepted locally, a non-delivery message is shown and the form is reset. The application has no enquiry database, email delivery or firm-routing service.
Use fictional details only. Do not enter sensitive legal information, identity documents or personal information about other people.
Hosting, external links and analytics
The site’s own code does not install analytics, advertising pixels or non-essential cookies. Its public pages use local CSS, JavaScript, images and system fonts.
The preview host may process ordinary technical request data, such as IP addresses, browser information and access logs, under its own arrangements. Those hosting processes, retention periods and controller/processor roles have not been verified in this build. This notice does not claim that the hosting platform collects no data.
Following an external link takes you to another service governed by its own privacy information. Lease Extension Pro does not control that service.
Before enquiries or payments go live
A production privacy notice must identify the responsible controller and active contact route, purposes and lawful bases, processors, any firm recipients, retention periods, international transfers and how individuals exercise their rights.
Any future analytics, listings, payments or enquiry service requires a separate implementation and privacy review. Those services are not active now. For general rights information, see the Information Commissioner’s Office.
